The Galvanized Pontoon V Bunk Bracket Kit for 4″ – 6″ I-Beam Web includes V-Bracket Top Piece, V-Bracket Back Plate, and mounting hardware. Hot dipped galvanized steel brackets. Bracket forms “V” shape to support each pontoon. 4 brackets needed per cradle. 12″ wingspan. 6″ per side. 30-degree lift from mounting bracket. 4-5/8″ flat plate mounting holes. 4-5/8 wood bunk mounting holes. Back Plate is the support bracket used on the back side of the cradle beam to secure the Galvanized Pontoon Bunk V-Bracket Top Piece to the cradle. Hot dipped galvanized steel. Measure 6″ x 4″ x 5/8″. 4-5/8″ mounting holes. Lag bolts and fasteners secure top piece and back plate to cradle beam. Fits 4″-6″ standard steel I-beams. Double pontoons require 4 brackets. Tritoons require 6 brackets.

About this Item

The Pontoon Deck Support Bracket Kit are support brackets for pontoon cradles.  Made from hot-dipped galvanized steel.  2″ x 6″ wood is typically mounted on the brackets. Designed to hold the pontoon boat from underneath the dock. Suspends the pontoons on either side so the weight pressure is not on the actual pontoons. Fits up to 6″ I-beam. The kit includes a bracket, backplate, & fasteners.

Fits 6″ x 4″ standard aluminum I-beams. If building bunks for a tritoon, you will need 6 brackets. Install the bracket using carriage bolts and backplate that secures the bracket around the I-beam.
